委託規則

必須年滿18歲才能委託我，沒有例外！也不接受代匯。
繪製時間可能是幾個工作日到幾週，具體取決於項目。
我不做退款！請確保您有想要繼續委託。
付款必須在確認後一周內完成，完成後將被添加到 Trello
Trello保持公開，也會盡力去進行更新，歡迎大家隨時檢查您的委託狀態！

付款

台灣匯款轉帳
海外 Paypal USD only (paypal fee +10%)
確定有要委託，我們會要求在 48 小時內付款。
如果無法在 48 小時內付款，請與我討論訂製適合你的付款期限。
通常不做分期付款或製定付款計劃，如果對此有疑問，請在委託前聯繫我。

編輯/其他計價

委託完成後的任何變更必須在30天內進行。
完成後 30 天後不得進行任何編輯，沒有例外。
同人商用、不公開的委託以x2倍計價(非買斷)。
一般商用計價以非商用委託的x3～5倍起算。
急件加價：包含信件溝通的20天內完成交檔，視為急件。
依情況會是價格x1.5或2倍，如果當月已爆滿了會拒絕急件。

使用權利

SNS頭像／噗寶／個人網站使用／公開成品圖，請標註@Slow.work。
貼圖、表符使用僅限：Telegram、Plurk、Discord。
若想將委託圖像買斷或用於印製、商業行為。
如：商品印刷、直播實況、影片封面、廣告募資…等用途，請來信討論。
個人使用即可，禁止用於任何印製商品販售、營利行為。
於商業用途，請詢問我有關可用性和當前費用的訊息。

委託不等同買斷，繪者仍保有成品使用權。
所有完成圖皆有機會做為日後委託範例／收錄個人作品集使用。

委託圖像未經同意禁止二次加工發表與商業使用。
圖像轉載請註明「Slow.work」。

About Commissions

Commission Rules

You must be 18 years or older to commission us. No exceptions. Third-party payments are not accepted.
The completion time may range from several business days to a few weeks, depending on the project.
No refunds. Please make sure you are certain before proceeding with the commission.
Payment must be completed within one week after confirmation. Once paid, your commission will be added to Trello
Our Trello board is public and will be updated regularly. You’re welcome to check your commission status at any time.

Payment

Taiwan: Bank transfer
International: PayPal (USD only, +10% PayPal fee)
Once you confirm the commission, payment must be made within 48 hours.
If you’re unable to complete payment within 48 hours, please contact us to discuss a suitable deadline.
Installments or payment plans are generally not available. Please contact us before commissioning if you have any concerns.

Revisions & Additional Pricing

Any changes after delivery must be requested within 30 days.
No edits will be accepted after 30 days — no exceptions.
Fan commercial use or private commissions (not publicly shown) will be charged at 2× the base price (non-buyout).
General commercial use starts at 3–5× the non-commercial base price.
Rush orders: delivery within 20 days (including communication time) is considered a rush order.
Rush fees are typically 1.5× to 2× the base price. If our schedule is full for the month, rush orders may be declined.

Usage Rights

For SNS profile pictures, Plurk icons, personal website use, or posting the final artwork publicly, please credit @Slow.work。
Stickers and emotes are limited to use on Telegram, Plurk, and Discord only.。
If you would like to purchase full rights (buyout) or use the commissioned artwork for printing or commercial purposes —
such as merchandise production, livestreams, video covers, advertisements, crowdfunding, etc. —
please contact us in advance to discuss details.
Personal use only. The artwork may not be used for merchandise production, resale, or any profit-related activities.
For commercial usage, please contact us regarding availability and current pricing.

A commission does not equal a full buyout.
The artist retains the right to use the finished artwork.
All completed works may be used as commission samples or included in the artist’s portfolio.

The commissioned artwork may not be edited, altered, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
When reposting, please include proper credit:「@Slow.work」。
